About Emory Science Olympiad

ESO is a collective of undergrad and grad students dedicated to increasing accessibility to science education through fun early learning experiences. Our aim is to bridge the gap by providing volunteer event coaches and hosting an invitational tournament to create a dynamic science experience.

Emory Invitational Spring 2024

The 2024 Emory Invitation Science Olympiad Tournament was a success, showcasing the incredible talents and innovative minds of young students. In this tournament, participants engaged in a range of exciting and challenging activities, including hands-on tasks like building intricate Roller Coasters, the intriguing 'Can't Judge a Powder' experiment, and the precision-driven 'Air Trajectory' competition. Additionally, the tournament featured intellectually stimulating tests such as 'Code Busters' and 'Forestry,' offering a comprehensive platform for students to explore and excel in various scientific fields.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the dedicated coaches, hardworking volunteers, and everyone else who contributed to making this event a remarkable experience. Your support and guidance were instrumental in its success.

As we look forward to future tournaments, we remain committed to fostering a love for science and technology among young minds and providing them with opportunities to explore, learn, and grow.
